Life isn’t a straight and easy road. Only a very few are blessed with such a luxurious fate. Life on earth goes through negative experiences like cheating, betrayal, liars, disasters, losses, poverty, loneliness, disease, etc. But do we give up when we are in trouble? No, our human instinct is to fight back the enemy, be it a physical one or abstract fate. Resilience is in our blood. The more we are pushed down, the more we come back mighty and strong. Troubles give us the energy to go beyond our comfort zone.
Whenever I faced turmoil in life, I took it as a challenge and used it to improve myself. But that doesn’t mean I am someone whom fate cannot defeat. I failed many times, turning them into stepping stones in the best possible way I could. But I know there cannot be a forever. It’s not eternal, right? But still, when something hurts or breaks me, I wish to rise again like Phoenix until I have the strength and time.
Fragile Strength – A Poem About Resilience
Break the branch, and it will bloom again.
It’s easy, I thought.
But the tree fossils
Why did they never bloom again?
Resilience, too, has a limit.
The thought scared me more.
What if someone broke me beyond my strength?
Have I ever been there?
Maybe…
But still, I could resurrect.
It was God’s abundant love.
But why did none save that old tree
I cry. I wish it were still there.

Though resilient, the pain that made us fall is something we can never forget. Initially, it scares us and gives us so much pain. You will long for a saviour who could save you out of it. Mostly, the pain that comes to transform you will be challenging. Either it will not allow you to get help, or it will be something you have to go through all alone.
You will get the strength and wisdom to fight it back with no one around. Your mind starts finding solutions. When you know there is nothing beyond, you get the strength to try out anything. Anyway, there is nothing you are going to lose in this journey. This will transform you and take you to great heights. In the process, the people, nature, or fate that caused you trouble would have become meaningless.
But the ache that transformed you will keep sticking to you, right? Read the poem below to live it in my poetic words.
Happy Reading!
Hidden Wounds – A Gift Of Resilience
Fate was it that I got hurt badly
The pain was internal
I hid it and smiled
Should I fight back
Ask for justice
Or say you hurt me.
When all goes to the wall
What’s there to speak more?
You are just a dead leaf.
So I smiled, letting go of people.
But the pain, I stitched it.
It keeps aching me.
Some hidden wounds are treasures.
They teach you and remind you.
What not to do and who not to trust!

As you move through resilient transformation, you often encounter silence in the path.
So here is a poem on silence. I hope you will like it.
The Weight Of Silence
When you ask for help,
Silence is no gentle melody.
Cruel hearts speak with stillness,
Lacking empathy for pain.
Eyes tremble at tight lips;
Yet, they’re softer than excuses.
I once wished silence had no place
When my questions begged for answers.
When the Almighty turned away,
The world dimmed, and shadows grew.
But years later, the light revealed—
That silence saved me from a greater fall.
Silence, how you break or build,
Hurt, yet save, push and pull.
An art I wish to master,
For you can build or break worlds.
