Every soul carries a journey within—a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and healing. I will walk you through these subtle but intense moments that help build us through my poems. Thanks for being along for this ride and experiencing some of these moments. May these poems bring hope, reminders of strength, and gentle connections to ourselves. Every morning, there is a chance for us to start anew, correct our mistakes, and lead a purposeful life.
Awake, dear soul, and rise with the dawn,
It’s time to make dreams come true.
Let’s make this day the best of our life.
Have a good day!
Our journey begins gently: a call to rise, embracing each day for purpose. The following poem is titled The Fragile Flame Inside, which continues deeper into the resilience of our inner child and what moments keep us whole.
The Fragile Flame Inside
I see you when my eyes twinkle
When it rains, you jump onto paper boats
When I feel the kindness hidden in words
And I am under a secure sky
I see you rejoice, God,
My dear inner child!
You are happy when you help people
Sad you become when someone hurts
You go all out to support people in need
Stand loyal to your kin even during trouble.
I cherish you in those moments, dear.
The goodness you spread, I am in awe.
But when people cheat or humiliate you
You go silent, still as a powerless motor
To revive you is a Himalayan task
And it is when I go helpless
Yet I know you will fall for poetry
Books, learning, and working.
But when the pain is high
You go into the shell.
You wait for a spark to smile again.
In looking for it, you kill me slowly
What should I do? Where should I find the light?
I tremble and fall on the feet of the Almighty
Without my inner child, I lose my way,
so I seek you, my light, my purpose.
Let me guard you against the vile and evil
Stay safe, so I will never have to worry.
Life often presents challenges that quiet the cheerful inner child within us. When we face betrayal or hurt, that fragile flame feels dimmed. Yet, it’s in these moments of silence that healing begins. It would be best to let your inner child heal and revive it. Don’t lose yourself at any point in life. When you lose your soul, make sure you come back stronger and better than you were before.
The Quiet Healing
We all heal as time passes,
piece by piece, and things find their shape.
When no one sees, we move forward.
It’s okay to feel tired, to stumble, to doubt.
Trust in nature’s quiet rhythm—
you will not fail.
Heal the silent way, slow to grow, and never to show. In The Quiet Healing, I talk about the nature of slow and gentle rhythms of recovery and believe we all possess enough strength to heal with time.
